Seydou Adama Traore Born in Dakar (Senegal), June 18, 1976, and he is settle between «Blaise Shengor» Cultural Center from Dakar and Canet de Mar. He comes from a family of Malinke tradition, so, from an early age, he had the opportunity to experience traditional music and dance in the family environment. At age 15 she decides to start a broad and multidisciplinary training in music and dance. The diversity of the ethnic origin from his teachers (Susu, Malinke, Wolof, Diola), brings a deep knowledge of traditional African rhythms and dances from Mali, Guinea Conakry, Senegal and Burkina Faso.

Seydou Adama Traore, establishes a serious commitment to professional teaching African dance and music, contributing to intercultural artistic development, maintaining strong links with its origins, but still make the innovations needed to the most modern creations. He plays traditional instruments like Dundun, Djembe, Sabar, Souruba, Krine, Bongomá and Balafon aswell Traditional Dances of Various Ethnic Origins and Limbo, Fire, Kumpo and Khin. He also teaches tecnician knowledge about building and assembling traditional instruments too.

Kenkeliba & Friends is his professional music experimented band about african rhythms and melodies played with friendly and great musicians from many countries around the world.
